Sweet Corn and Potato chowder with Parsnip Crisps
Cauliflower Pannacotta with smoked Salmon and Brioche
Pressed terrine of smoked Bacon, Belly Pork and Pork fillet, pickled carrots and rye bread

Main Courses

Slow braised Beef Brisket, caramelised button onion sauce, creamed sweetcorn and baked new potatoes
Chicken Supreme stuffed with smoked red Pepper mousse, rocket cream sauce and sweet Potato bake
Pan fried Seabass with Saffron and Vanilla sauce, Spinach and Parsnip puree
